What then

Page history last edited by Digital Explorations 15 years ago

Once we have settled on ways to gather stories from the various communities in our midst and on how to harvest values, what then?  How do we move from the harvest of values (note that they should get increasingly detailed as they move through the waves) to plans of action that incorporate these values, these voices?

Returning to the original goals, weaving in planning-action steps including documentation, visualizations (community viz), community charrettes revolving around the themes and stories gathered, community meetings opened with the stories, transparency and inclusiveness in decision-making, planning for a sustained storytelling impact by curating the stories in highly visible places across media.

What are the actionable messages/themes/values/common ground emerging from the story gathering/telling/sharing/events?
